Description:
This historic building underwent a full renovation under the direction of Reader and Swartz Architects, who are also part owners and currently operate their practice from this beautifully appointed office space. In concert with their partners, Water Street Design, the building was transformed from commercial space and apartments to a unique combination of traditional and contemporary office space.
